What is the function of "chakra" to keep the mind and body healthy?

There are places called power spots in various parts of Japan. It is also called the place where the gods descend.

Such a place becomes a place full of power, so if you feel depressed and upset in your body, just visiting it will be effective. In that case, do not express your negative feelings or wishes, and be indifferent.

Once you are in your own state, you should be able to sharpen your sensibilities and accept the energy-filled spirit of nature.
